Looking for motivated, detail oriented, and self-sufficient person to fill Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator position.
Ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of the Microsoft suite of software and demonstrated efficiency with PC and Mac computers and other technologies. Candidate should demonstrate an ability to work well independently as well as function on a team. Applicant should have general knowledge of environmental technologies and concepts, as well as an eagerness to learn and grow with the company. Other required skills and attributes include multi-tasking, researching, attention to detail, and reliability. College graduate with 5+ years experience desirable. How we are responding to coronavirus.
Management and Engineering Services is acutely aware of the dramatic impacts associated with the COVID-19 and early on established a contingency plan in the event it turned into a pandemic. We activated our plan on March 23, 2020, and our staff began working in remote, safe, locations, and we closed our offices. Our Director of Operations shifted into a remote coordinator role so that all our commitments were maintained. We established a protective sanitation and health check protocol for anyone entering the office, and activated virtual internal team and client meetings. Our contingency plan also addresses a staged return to the office when the State of Colorado announces the imminent danger has passed. As of today we have been working remotely under our contingency plan for 1509 days.
